I called Olive Air and Heating when my AC went out in the middle of the night during summer. I was in desperate need of help so I started calling places around 5 in the morning. Oliver was the first one to call me back despite the early morning hours. He was at my house and had everything fixed within the hour. I was so impressed with the service that I purchased a maintenance plan. Today I had the pleasure of meeting two of his technicians, Kaden & Chance. They were here for regular maintenance included in the plan I purchased. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone I have dealt with has provided exceptional service - from the scheduler, technicians, and the owner. I’m so glad I found a company I can trust. I highly recommend Olive Air and Heating! Kaden was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He serviced both AC units and conducted an in depth inspection of each and noted that everything was in good working order. He explained that the older of the two A/C units was showing its age and it may be time to start looking for a replacement. He answered all of my questions and provided information on what I should look for in a new unit, as well as offering to answer any additional questions that may come up. It should also be noted that he was training a new technician, Carter, and he took the time to explain each part of the inspection process to Carter and allowed him to do much of the testing. Most importantly, both he and Carter, were polite and respectful throughout the process. ~ Kevin K

I had the best experience so far with Oliver. My AC blower motor got busted on Wednesday afternoon and Oliver was the technician that my home warranty company sent. Although the home warranty company did not do their job well Oliver was tremendously helpful to get the part and understanding that it it was going out of my pocket he was a great help and professional More off all a gentleman. He was able to replace the motor on 6/24 and get the unit running I was very impressed. I highly recommend this company specially Oliver for who took care of my problem with great integrity, honesty and empathy. We need to support these Kind of individual and businesses. We had an AC problem in our Casita where my mother with late stage Alzheimer’s disease stays. Moving her to another room to sleep while we waited for AC to be fixed if it took days would have been detrimental to her. Chance was absolutely amazing understood how important it was that we got this fixed quickly! He worked so hard and was so kind and understood our situation. My mother’s bedroom is cooling again and will not have to switch rooms. Which will guarantee a much better night for all of us! Our technician, Oliver came out for our heater repair. When he turned it on to test it — it worked! So crazy! Anyway, we told him it had been blowing cold air and that’s why we’d called. He said he would check everything out just to be sure there wasn’t an “obvious” issue - which we appreciated. He gave it a thorough “once over” and took pictures of the unit so he could show us a couple things we might want to address in the future. Since everything was working again there wasn’t anything “to fix”. Oliver was knowledgeable and friendly. He was here yesterday and he called today to make sure it was still working. Chance from Olive Air performed winter maintenance on the HVAC unit. He is engaging, polite, professional during the visit. Explained what they look for during the tests. Ran the system through both heating and cooling cycles. He was meticulously in capturing pictures of the unit. Took time to review and explain the pictures. Chance and Oliver worked together to arrive at a reasonable price for some items that were due for replacement. The entire team at Oliver Air is pleasant to deal with. They are not constantly trying to sell. Appreciated their willingness to come up with a fair price for parts and labor. ~ Rob D

My tenants were staying with family while the AC was broken and I was stuck at work. Kaden and Chance called me and with my permission, got to work outside on the unit right away and found the issue. Knowing the warranty coverage and that the issue would be covered, they fixed it without needing to wait for approvals and cause more delays. My mother was enroute to meet them and allow them inside and upon communicating that to Kaden, he was willing to wait for her to verify that everything was back to 100%. AC issues are usually a nightmare. Warranty companies can be nightmares. This entire experience, was not! Super thankful for that. ~ Usiel M

Olive Air was quick with their scheduling response and was willing to accommodate an earlier morning meeting. Kaden and Chance called to give a heads up on their expected arrival and were extremely pleasant right from the beginning. They were efficient with diagnosing the problem and quickly found a solution. They presented multiple options and allowed me to choose what worked best for my budget/needs without feeling any sales pressure. I woke up on a Sunday morning at 545am to an AC compressor turning off and on every 2 minutes. By 11am Oliver made it out to my house and had the problem fixed. Quick communication and prompt service are always appreciated with a high stress appliance like an AC unit in Arizona. I will recommend to friends/family/etc to use Olive Air and Heating. Thank you *Update* I bought a new house and had Olive air perform an inspection on the HVAC system . I’ve also had yearly system check ups completed. This company was very responsive, the new A/C and heating were installed in less than 2 days. Their work was quick,tidy and fantastic! Well be saving so much with the new unit it doesn't run all the time. The unit starts up, runs then goes off. The a/c runs very quiet, but powerful! They also installed a wi/fi thermostat so we can turn on our air from our phones. No more bothering the neighbors to turn on our air. Thank you so much Olive Air, we really appreciate all of your hard work, both with the installation and with the follow ups. I would recommend anyone who needs air to call them first! ~ Daniel C

The owner of this company has great customer service! The price is right, the verbiage used was broken down to laymen term for me and the wife (boss) to understand. He was not only on time but time efficient! But was efficient in his craft as he knew exactly what was going on with the air-conditioner within a minute after listening to it! Was very impressive to say the least. Had a family friend over who is an electrician and couldn’t figure it out. This man literally within a minute had a diagnosis! The diagnosis was correct and he fixed it with in 20 minutes! I didn’t have to wait for parts, he had them on hand! Great company! Support a local business, because this company will go far if granted the opportunity. Truly believe a company is good as the owner, top down so to speak. Thank you for your service! Oliver came to service on 8/24/22.. Did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing so we understood what was going on and also replaced a part and explained why… very personal especially with our two young boy that were fascinated with him climbing in the attack… we have lived in our house for over 12 years and have had a dozen or more repair people to look at problems with our a/c and never had anybody that was so friendly, personal, and excellent at examining and explaining the problem. December 21, 2024 I highly recommend the technician Chance to any customer or potential customer. He just performed a check up of my heating/cooling system this morning. He was professional, very informative of the services he was performing. He's also very patient and descriptive. He represents Olive Air/Heating in a very positive manner. He knowledge is very extensive...and he was personally trained by an excellent technician. Not just school trained...but he learned his craft and trade by hands on. Oliver took our case immediately and was onsite within two days. Prior to the appointment time, he called to keep me updated in arrivals and such. He arrived on-time and checked my system, found the issue and made the needed repair within 20-30 minutes. Great customer service, friendly , etc. I've had other ac repair and they aren't the friendliest folks. It's like you're a number with a big price tag. Didn't get that vibe from Oliver. Thank You Kaden and Chance for your outstanding service! We are very happy with your quick response and professionalism. Our overall experience could have been a nightmare waiting for our warranty company to dispatch someone. So needless to say we got on this ourselves and called Olive. They came out the very next morning which was on Labor Day to troubleshoot. The whole crew that replaced our air handler during this heat did a great job and had it replaced within hours. My home warranty company set up to have Olive Air & Heating come out to trouble shoot a small water leak coming from my AC unit. Javier and a newly hired tech came over to look over my unit. Javier was respectful and explained what the plan was to locate the issue. Both men worked efficiently and were able to pinpoint the issue quickly. Through most of my life I believed that once Jesus had been crucified, he remained dead ,and after meeting Chance Gardner, I still believe that, but am somewhat less certain now. He was open and upfront from start to finish about everything involved, answered every question we could possibly have and though the nail holes in his hands were a bit distracting, he was professional from start to finish, and for that I am grateful. I had 3 of my systems Tuned up by Chance the Tech. The service was awesome and the information and pictures provided were what I need to make the decision to move forward with a system replacement or not. The systems were original to the house which was built in 2006. I greatly appreciate the service and truly believe, out of all the AC companies I've worked with in the valley, they are by far one of the best. We just purchased two new units and a furnace last year and needed to find a company in Gilbert to start doing our routine maintenance on them. We reached out to Olive Air and within a day we were scheduled. Kaden did our maintenance and was incredibly thorough. He took his time and explained everything that would need to be fixed or replaced. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything or sign up for any plans right away. I had a water leak from my air handler in the attic that came through the ceiling. I was so lucky that Oliver could come out the same day and fix it for me. Oliver is very professional and had me up and running within a hour of arriving at my home. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up some attic insulation that had fallen down when he accessed the attic. His rates are reasonable and I am very pleased with his work. If and when I have other air conditioning issues I'll definately call Olive Air & Heating. ~ Kaye G
